Sweetwater Labs Customer Reviews Continue to Reference Founder Nadia Doh by Name, Reflecting the Brand's Founder-Led Model
Sweetwater Labs, the New York-based clean beauty brand founded by Nadia Doh, is highlighting a detail that has continued to show up in recent customer reviews: buyers thanking Nadia Doh directly by name in their public feedback about the brand's products.
A recent five-star review from a verified customer, identified as DA., closed with a direct thank-you to Nadia herself: "This is clearly the product I will continue to purchase time after time. Thank you to Nadia and Sweetwater Labs."
That kind of personal recognition is not something most consumer brands ever receive from their buyers. Reviewers typically thank a product or a company, not a founder by name. The moment reflects the intentionally personal nature of the brand's founder-led, direct-to-consumer model.
Sweetwater Labs was founded by Nadia Doh with the goal of building skincare products around simple, recognizable ingredients rather than long lists of chemical additives. That standard has become one of the brand's defining features, and the founder-led model means customers who engage with the brand are engaging with the same person who shaped the products they are buying.
The direct-to-consumer approach is central to how Sweetwater Labs operates. Rather than distributing through third-party retail chains, the brand ships every order directly from its New York base, allowing it to hear from customers, respond to feedback, and stay close to the community of people using the products.
The full Sweetwater Labs collection is available now at sweetwaterlabsnyc.com. The lineup spans face serums, oils, moisturizers, toners, and bath and body products.
